Power Plate Studio

Power Plate training has an ever-growing legion of fans, including A-list celebrities and sports personalities alike.  We’re amongst the first health clubs in India to feature this revolutionary equipment. Fortified with the latest technology, Power Plate is a fitness machine with a difference. It is the equivalent of giving your entire body an all-round workout in just fifteen minutes.
It works by transferring vibrations to specific muscles around your body. Your muscles then stretch enabling them to tone and strengthen. It’s a low-impact and quick way to maximize your fitness.

Zumba with Mahek

Dance fitness program, pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Aqua Fitness

Aqua fitness is a novel, fun and yet a rigorous way of doing cardio and toning exercises in water. Even non-swimmers can participate in this program. It is suitable for all age groups
