Zumba with Zin Chinmay

Dance fitness program, pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Timings: 7 pm to 8 pm.

Days: Tuesday and Thursday | 8 sessions in a month

Aqua Fitness by Anand Pardesi & Snehal Bahl

Aqua fitness is a novel, fun and yet a rigorous way of doing cardio and toning exercises in water. Even non-swimmers can participate in this program. It is suitable for all age groups
