Mr. Dinesh Khanna is recognized for his valuable contribution and impeccable record in the hospitality industry. His name is synonymous with class, hospitality and credibility. He is well known for his active involvement in several hospitality trade bodies including his term as President of FHRAI (Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India).

Mr. Dinesh Khanna studied at the St Columbus High School, New Delhi and later pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from The Hindu College. With a desire to make hospitality a career, he decided to work at the Pitter hotel, Salzburg (Austria) and seize this opportunity to closely study the industry. Subsequently, he applied for a Masters in Professional Studies in Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

His first job was as an F&B executive in Westin Hotel, Kansas City. Within 11 months, he rose to the ranks and went on to serve the hotel as a catering manager. He followed it up with a six-month stint at The Marriott Twin Bridges, Washington. He then returned to India and joined his family hotel, which was in inaugural stages— The Holiday Inn, Mumbai.

Currently he works in the capacity of Executive Director of Eastern International Hotels that owns the 5 star deluxe properties— The Novotel Hotel, Juhu, Majorda Beach Resort, Goa & as a Managing Director of The Club Mumbai &  Taj Bekal Resorts And Spa, Kerala.
