What rewards are involved as a part of The Club Loyalty Program?
As a member you will earn 5 points on every Rs.100 spent at The Club, these points can be redeemed within 90 days at any of The Club restaurants and Antara Spa upto 50% of the next bill.

How do I enroll for the Loyalty Program?
There is no enrollment process, as soon as you make a transaction at any of The Club restaurants or Antara Spa, you will be auto-enrolled and the points will be credited to your account.

How many points do I earn on every purchase?
You will receive 5 point for every Hundres Rupees you spend. You will earn points only when you make a purchase at the following entities:
- Antara Day Spa
- By The Waterside
- Oriental Wok
- Westburrys Bar
- Garden Grill
- Home Delivery
- Patisserie

When will I receive my points?
The points will be credited to your account after 5 minutes of your bill being settled. You will receive an SMS notification on your registered mobile number from “THECLUB”

I am a dependent, do I receive points?
No, points are allotted only for purchases made by a primary member or if the billing is done on the primary member's name.

How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, please provide your registered mobile number or Membership ID to the concerned staff at the specific outlet. Points can be redeemed within 90 days on earning the points.
Redemption of points cannot be more than 50% of the bill for which you are redeeming points.
Pre-booking will be required to redeem a reward at Antara Spa.

When do my points expire?
Your points expire 90 days from the day you receive points. Example: Points earned of 1st June will expire on 29th August and points received on 2nd June will expire on 30th August and so on.
